You can request a refund from Boosthive in the following cases:
- We are unable to fulfill the service according to agreed terms
- Your service has not yet begun and you would like to cancel it
- In case your order is in progress and you would like to cancel it, you are eligible for a partial refund.
To submit a request, contact our support team via firstname.lastname@example.org. The rules and regulations of refund procedures are presented below.
We only consider requests within 48 hours. It takes between 1 and 14 business days to transfer the money back. The exact time depends on the particular payment systems. Boosthive can not influence this process.
